Mr. Ngomane is the founder and principal consultant of the
company, responsible for overall management of Palama Consulting Engineers. Mr. Ngomane is a qualified Professional Civil Engineer with over 35 years in Transportation and Traffic Engineering, as well as Project Management.
Palama is a proudly South African and 100% Black-owned. Delivering
professional consulting services since 2007. With over 35 years of leadership
experience in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, and Project Management, we are committed to providing sustainable, high-quality solutions that serve both our clients and communities. By partnering with specialist consultants and like-minded firms, we form project-specific teams that ensure comprehensive, innovative, and reliable outcomes.
The Managing Member of the company is professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South
Africa (ECSA) and has membership with the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE).
Our vision is to be the preferred service provider in project management, traffic
and transportation engineering, and strategic civil infrastructure services. We
achieve this by fostering strong partnerships with like-minded firms and
specialist consultants, enabling us to form project-specific teams that deliver
